Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in the order they are received. The usual processing time is within 5 business days of the original date the order placed & the customer should receive a tracking number via email for reference. All orders are primarily shipped from Eufaula, AL via USPS or UPS. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped via one of those carriers.
USPS & UPS shipping rates are based on your provided shipping address and the weight of your order. The weight of your order will determine whether your package will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
With a minimum purchase of $100 or more at www.lilliescandles.com, shipping is at no cost to a customer within the United States of America.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lillies Candles LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced shipments. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. If an order is returned due to invalid address, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fees to reship the package. Please make sure to double check the “Shipping” address when placing your order on our website.
While we are not responsible for USPS/UPS handling of packages, we will work with you remedy the situation and replace your damaged items. If this occurs including photos showing the extent of the damage will help us. Please email proof of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Return & Exchange Policy
Currently, all sales are finals and we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us and let us assist you further prior to purchasing if you have any questions. If you have any concerns after your purchase, please promptly contact us within 7 days of your product delivery date via our contact form.
